Temporary antibody-mediated binding of the target cells to pluriBeads. After separation from unwanted cells using a pluriStrainer, the target cells can be detached and are available with high purity for subsequent experiments.
Negative
cell separation
The target cells remain untouched, all unwanted cells are bound to pluriSpin beads. Purification of the target cells is carried out magnetically or by density gradient centrifugation.
