pluriSelect 15 ml pluriMate Separationsröhrchen sind für die optimale Anreicherung von Leukozyten, Leukozyten-Subpopulationen (Lymphozyten und Monozyten) sowie Thrombozyten aus Vollblut und Knochenmark entwickelt worden. pluriMate und TwinSpin Röhrchen ersparen Ihnen das zeitaufwändige und mühsame Überschichten des Dichtetrennmediums mit Probenmaterial. Während der Zentrifugation werden, je nach verwendetem Dichte Gradienten Trennmedium, die Zielzellpopulation von unerwünschten Zellen, wie beispielsweise Erythrozyten und toten Zellen getrennt.
